Redge has been licensed as an attorney since 1983 and has been practicing law in Texas for the majority of that time. He has represented clients in administrative hearings before state and federal agencies and practiced family law, wills and probate law and public housing defense while working with Legal Aid on two occasions. While with Legal Aid he was a supervising attorney for about three years.
He also has worked extensively in the area of Civil Rights with concentrations in Investigation, Conflict Resolution and Mediation, while working for the city of Austin and the state of Texas Health and Human Services. He has almost 20 years of combined experience with the city and state and has retired from the state. He has also performed bill analysis, legislative testimony and worked in the area of disability law as a staff attorney with non-profits.
He has completed the 40 hour Basic Mediation course and the Advanced Family Mediation training and is a very experienced mediator. He plans to continue conducting mediations and practice in the areas of disability and elder law.
