My full fee is $120/hr.
I do accept some insurances including BCBS, UBH, PHPS, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid Star and Interface EAP.
Please call Kathy Jackson at CENTEX MEDICAL CLAIMS, 512.267.2614 for further verification and authorization of benefits.
